How does a repair at Forstreich work?

To submit a repair request, download the repair form and fill in the necessary information.

For a smooth repair process, please include the completed repair form in the package. Please follow the instructions for the respective products.
Pack the repair securely and send it to us.

Repair completed
Once we have received your package, our workshop staff will take care of your repair and fix the fault.

Return package to you
Once the repair is complete, we will return your device along with a delivery note.

Remote-controlled felling wedge TR240 | TR300
1. Is there a mechanical problem with the felling wedge?
Disconnect the motor unit from the felling wedge.
Pack the front part, i.e., the wedge, securely and place the repair form in the package.
2. Is there an electronic problem with the felling wedge?
Disconnect the motor unit from the felling wedge.
Only pack the motor unit with the radio remote control (do not include batteries or leave them in the device)

Pack the rear part, i.e. the motor unit, securely and place the completed repair form in the package.
3. Is there a connection or electronic problem with the remote control?
Tip: Have you discovered our troubleshooting section yet? There you can fix some errors yourself.
